By using the services of Loganville Mover, located at 4465 Athens Hwy, Loganville, GA 30052, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before booking any service.

1. Scope of Services

Loganville Mover provides residential, commercial, local, long-distance, and specialty moving services including packing, unpacking, and storage. Services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

2. Estimates and Quotes

All moving estimates are based on the information provided by the client. Final costs may vary based on actual services rendered, item volume, labor hours, or additional requirements during the move.

3. Booking & Payments

  • A deposit may be required to confirm your booking.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the move, unless stated otherwise in writing.

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled move will receive a full refund of any deposit.

  • Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee.

  • Rescheduling is allowed based on crew availability and must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

5. Liability & Damage

  • We are not liable for items not packed by our team unless damage is due to negligence.

  • Fragile or valuable items (e.g., jewelry, electronics, artwork) should be disclosed and packed separately.

  • In the event of damage caused by our team, Loganville Mover may offer repair, replacement, or compensation, as deemed appropriate.

6. Insurance Coverage

We carry basic cargo insurance as required by law. For high-value moves, additional insurance coverage can be arranged through a third-party provider upon request.

7. Prohibited Items

We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, explosives, perishable food, or illegal substances. Any prohibited items found may result in service termination.

8. Delays

Loganville Mover is not responsible for delays caused by weather, road closures, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control. We will communicate all updates promptly.

9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Ensure all items are ready to move before the crew arrives.

  • Provide clear access to entrances, hallways, driveways, or elevators.

  • Be available during the move or appoint a responsible person on-site.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe conditions exist, if prohibited items are present, or if the client behaves inappropriately toward staff.

11. Changes to Terms

Loganville Mover may update these terms at any time without prior notice. Please review them periodically for any changes.
